One the past year, I’ve been making some pretty significant changes to the basic way Daed Toolworks operates – everything from the range of things it makes to the way it sells them.
Some of these changes are obvious – like adding a limited range of small-run production tools, beginning with dividers and a couple of new hammers. Some of the things I’m hoping to do are less obvious, though – such as trying to blur the lines between ‘custom’ and production tools just a bit.
What do I mean by that? Well – here’s a start. Today I added a new category of products to the Daed Toolworks shop: One-off tools. For now, the category consists entirely of hammers made with upgraded handles.
In the future, I hope to find lots of ways to use the category, however (custom-filed dividers, anyone?). For now, though, upgraded handles is a start.
All current one-off tools are listed in the Daed Toolworks shop
